Amazing Pool Experience

The infinity pool at The Haven was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. Overlooking the lagoon with stunning limestone rocks as a backdrop, it provides a picturesque setting. There are plenty of sun loungers available, making it easy to spend the day relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the kids' pool, which had a fun slide that my daughter loved. The whole area was well-maintained and provided a safe and enjoyable environment for families.

Delicious Dining Experience

Dining at The Haven was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the 'Cuisuines' restaurant, which served a delicious evening meal. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, and I appreciated the quality of the food. The warm welcome from the staff during every meal made the dining experience even better. I couldn't resist trying the in-house herbal drink available at the lobby, which was a refreshing touch!

Family-Friendly Fun

Our family trip to The Haven was enhanced by the numerous amenities for children. From the playful rabbits and guinea pigs to the well-designed playground and lake jogging track, there was ample opportunity for my kids to explore and enjoy. The kids' pool was a particular favorite with a slide that my children could not get enough of. Such thoughtful amenities made our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

Spacious and Comfortable Suites

Our suite at The Haven was incredibly spacious and comfortable, perfect for families. With multiple bedrooms and a large living area, we had plenty of room to relax. The kitchen facilities were very handy, including a fridge and a coffee machine which added convenience to our stay. Waking up to the serene lake view was simply amazing, and I appreciated the cleanliness and maintenance of the room throughout our visit.

I had a stay at The Haven Resort that had both highs and lows. The rooms were spacious and offered a beautiful view, and the complimentary upgrade was a pleasant surprise. However, the service experience especially regarding the spa was frustrating and unprofessional.
