the apartment with lake view was spacious! it had everything i needed. breakfast had many options and was tasty, i liked it. the swimming pool was beautiful. a staff member named mokles rahman was kind and helpful, he made my family's checkout nice.
The gym had limited equipment. There were only a few treadmills.

i found the breakfast selection lacking for a hotel of this supposed calibre. the omelet station used the same equipment for both meat and vegetarian options. the staff just wiped the spoon on a towel, a real disappointment. there were also no pancakes available, and the chef declined my request to make any, a failing in service to younger guests.

the infinity pool offers perspex sides and a large area.. the surrounding nature is excellent with limestone cliffs as a backdrop. the gym includes multiple exercise machines and free weights. i enjoyed the walking path around the lake.
I found myself separated from my family a few times.

I found several issues . the hot water system required manual activation, inconvenient. there was a CHARGE for using the kitchenette, unheard of. the shower door did not close properly, resulting in water spillage. breakfast was underwhelming. They closed too quickly.

I found the apartment clean and spacious, easily accommodating my group. the amenities were a definite plus, we thoroughly enjoyed all recreations provided. anand and his team made breakfast superb. I'm already planning my return visit with my family. there were multiple sweet staffs that were very attentive to our requests
during our stay, we encountered some minor issues like limited water supply. it was a slight inconvenience and did affect our experience

My heart fluttered at the sight of the limestone hills surrounding the hotel. The view was nice! our suite reminded me of a sanctuary, it included a well-equipped kitchenette and spacious living area. the staff greeted us with such warmth, especially during breakfast, and it created a cute atmosphere. i adored the seahorse-shaped pool, it provided a playful and unique swimming experience.
i felt a slight pang that some of the tv channels were limited, it was a small thing though, easily overlooked.

the pool was AMAZING!!! i really liked its view. the staff serving the welcome drink was friendly. i also appreciated the complimentary snacks, drinks, and coffee they provided. there was a water dispenser too.
the bathroom was small. i also think the drainage system was weak. water drained very slowly during showers.
